For 33 years, Calgary has answered the call. It’s time to do it again!
On Saturday, November 22nd, we’re rallying the entire city for the 33rd annual Stuff A Bus event! This is the day we come together to fill city buses, not with people, but with hope and food for our neighbours in need.
Head to your local Calgary Co-op and look for the big transit bus. The amazing volunteers from Calgary Transit, Annie Banister Girl Guides, and the Calgary Food Bank will be there to help you stuff it with non-perishable food donations.
Be part of the team! Join AMP Mornings with Katie & Ed and the 90.3 AMP Radio Team at the Calgary Co-op in Oakridge Saturday, November 22nd, from 9am to Noon. We’ll be broadcasting live and collecting donations, and we’d love for you to come down and help us make a difference!
HOW TO HELP?
Here are two easy ways to make a difference:
Donate at the Till! Simply add a monetary donation to your bill at any Calgary Co-op checkout between now and November 22nd. Every dollar helps!
Give Food! Pick up your favourite non-perishable items and drop them in the donation bins by the exit, or bring them to the bus on November 22nd.
For just $10, you can grab a pre-packaged hamper with all the essentials. It’s the quickest and easiest way to make a big impact!
Can’t make it on the 22nd? You can help right now by purchasing a pre-packaged donation bag or making a monetary donation at any Calgary Co-op.
Remember, the Calgary Food Bank is powered entirely by our community. Let’s show them what Calgary is all about!
