From filling clubs and theatres across the nation to making weekly appearances as a regular guest on Chelsea Lately, Jo Koy has come a long way from starting in a modest Las Vegas coffee house. His infectiously explosive energy on stage, insightful jokes, and family-inspired humor led Daily Variety to name him one of the “10 Comics to Watch.” Born in Tacoma, Washington, Jo remains amongst a small elite who have ever received a standing ovation on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Jo has also appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Last Call with Carson Daly, BET’s Comic View, Jamie Foxx Presents: Laffapalooza, and appeared in various VH1 I Love the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s episodes.
