Yukon is a beautiful, soft-hearted 2 year old girl who is taking life at her own pace and looking for a home that will do the same. In new or unfamiliar situations, Yukon can be a little wary and may show some stress signals, but with patience, gentle handling, and tasty treats, she begins to relax and build trust.
Once comfortable, her sweet personality really shines through. Yukon enjoys food and enrichment (lick mats are a big hit!), takes treats gently, and has shown she can be very affectionate, even offering soft tail wags and hand licks when she feels safe.
Yukon is looking for a calm, patient home that will help her continue building confidence and feeling secure. She has potential to live with dogs, cats, and children.
